Delete Your WAP Passenger Account
We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read the following carefully before proceeding.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your passenger profile will be deactivated immediately.
- You will no longer be able to log in or book rides.
- Your account data will be deleted within 30 days.
- Your trip records will be retained for up to 5 years, as required by Thai law.
Before you delete
If you have an ongoing trip, please complete or cancel it first. Accounts with active trips cannot be deleted.
